  • Can I swim or shower with my jewelry?
    If you take care of our items the gold and silver plating last long. Perfume and soap will fasten the fading. Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear. Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals that are alloyed with our golden and silver coating. Please take care of your jewelry. And prevent possible allergic reactions by not putting them in contact with harsh acids, chlorines or corrosive liquidis.
  • Can I buy earrings as a set?
    No. We sell items by unit. Earrings can be bought per piece. It is possible to buy two pieces of each product.
  • How do I know if I am allergic?
    If you have questions about a specific allergy feel free to ask or ask your doctor. If you take care of our items the gold and silver plating last really long. Perfume, sea water, chlorine and soap will fasten the fading and can provoke serious allergies with some PHs.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes we do. We ship worldwide. We always create your jewelry with love and send your package the quickest possible.
  • How is your jewelry produced?
    All our items are handmade in our Ateliers in Saint-Tropez by our STAM team. We buy our charms from an extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers and assemble them ourselves with love.
  • Can I order my necklace in other length?
    Sometimes you can, it depends on the kind of chain. Please contact our team via the form in CONTACT US with the question and the specific product so we can help you out!
  • Can I return my jewelry if I don't like it?
    We are sorry, but no. Each piece is carefully made and due to its customisation we don't cover refunds or returns. Once the order is made, you cannot cancel it or return it.
  • Why do my letters in the necklace turn?
    Letters are carefully attached to the necklace, but can be turned over as this necklace is handmade. And being handmade it can have details that make it imperfect in its own way. No jewelry is static.
  • How do I track my order?
    We will send you a tracking number once your order is confirmed via email. Every order is shipped with La Poste, a trusted partner.
